For Store Drop-off:
- No obligations! If you change your mind after dropping off the device, no worries! You won't be charged, even if the price is locked in.

For Doorstep Pickup:
- If you change your mind after the specialist arrives, you will only need to pay the $20 transport fee. No obligation to sell!
- If you cancel the appointment before our specialist moves to your location, there are no charges at all!
